Project objectives:

By reshaping the lot to better meet the family’s needs, this project is a good example of maximizing the utility of the property.
One of the convenient additions is a private and secure play area visible from a kitchen window. To define the intimate patio, the designer outlined it with an elegant natural stone retaining wall.
Softened by a dense shrub border, this wall helps to magnify the visual impact of the arched arbor that serves to defines the graceful separation between parking and entertaining areas.
