How it works:

Following easy steps, you will provide the landscape designer with the necessary information to obtain a design tailor-made to your expectations.

• Initial contact

• You fill out our questionnaire, and send a site plan showing measurements and pictures of your property.

• We draft up a preliminary plan based on information received from you. Our draft will include questions specific to your property. We send you this copy by email or fax.

• You send your comments or phone to discuss details.

• We send you a list of suggested plants for your property.

• You send your comments or phone to discuss details.

• We send you a master plan to look over and approve.

• You send your comments or phone to discuss details.

• As a final product, you receive hard copies of all the pages from your plan and a plant list.

A landscape plan will assist you in transforming your ideas into reality.

It consists of:

..... A MASTER PLAN..... shows the layout, notes on changing levels and building structures.

..... DETAILED PLANTING PLANS...... show the number of plants, their size and spread.

..... A MEASUREMENT PLAN..... indicates all necessary measurements for creating the gardens.

..... A PLANT LIST..... complements the whole landscape design with botanical names and pictures of all the plants.

* The price for such a plan can vary depending on the size of the property and details of the plan.

The hourly rate is $45.00.
