This European inspired contemporary house on country property offering spectacular views of the mountains. Working with the natural slope of the property, we created private patio with fire-pit and small wall that will function as a bench. Rather busy shrub border is providing privacy as well as lush feel contributing to atmosphere created by water feature that is focal point visible from several locations.

The front entry is dressed up with texturally exciting gardens and pathways to link areas together.
Lush plantings maintain the drama and visual interest of the stream that follows the natural slope of the property.
A natural approach to the outer gardens introduces a more casual atmosphere and blends well with the surrounding forest.

Create a water fountain as a focal point from the library as well as from the street that compliments the style of the library.

The focus is on creating a stylish, private and comfortable outdoor refuge; a place to enjoy summer evenings. The custom-made fountain, visible from the pleasing seating area, provides an intriguing focal point.

Front Yard: representative entrance planted with unusual and attractive plants.

Back Yard: plantings around the creek and waterfall / implement two tapering retaining walls to eliminate slope / plant a shrub border to provide privacy / create new a garden area beside shed.

To accommodate an active family lifestyle, we created an outdoor room that invites you to enjoy the hot tub, relax by the fireplace, or sit by the burbling water feature. All these features are protected from the elements by a timber frame roof.
The timber frame detailing on the house is well complimented by the the fieldstone fireplace and naturalized plantings.
